Apparently he was called by his girlfriend, who confirmed she didn’t love him, and couldn’t.

 Lastly, and I want answers here, is anyone else secretly scare Jesse will kill himself? He seems so normal in his interviews, yet his music is so sad. The only happy song I have detected? Soco Armertto Lime, basically about getting drunk. I hear some songs in Your Favorite Weapon and think “Oh dear lord, my little Jesse, it’s only gonna get worse.” I’m actually scared he really has some form of depression, and I feel that Jesus Christ and a few other songs have the implications of suicide, and there’s a few references, in songs like You Won’t Know and Untitled Two to  not being allowed into Heaven. I get the impression he has self-loathing and Narcissism. Anyone feel the same way, even though that’s an odd combonation for one to be plagued with?

I love Jesse, don’t get me wrong. He’s saved me through his music and his lyrics. He is beautiful in so many aspects, hands down. He’s glorious. I will be deeply sad, yet unsurprised should I discover he was hurting himself in any way.
